Flower Power! The First Fondant Cake!

Flower Power! My first attempt at using Fondant on a cake. It wasn't as difficult as I thought. The cake is a Yellow Butter, and the icing I used before the Fondant is a buttercream.

Finally I have a place to show and share my passion for cooking with my friends, family and others. Receiving emails telling me that after cooking one of my recipes, it brought back the memory of their abuelita (grandmother). In knowing this, I never realized just how wonderful a feeling I could have. It was a moment where I said, "Wow". It warmed my heart. I know now that this is going to be a great part of my journey through life... With this I have also found a joy in taking the photography of all my recipe creations. I have photographed all photos on the blog.
