Mojo Picon

Tip:  Read directions completely before preparing.

1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
2 red dry chili
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
15 green peppercorns
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons champagne wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1/2 cup water

Put the coarse sea salt, dry red chili, cumin, oregano and peppercorns in a mortar and grind them with the pestle.

Add the minced garlic and grind until the garlic is mashed.

Add the chili garlic paste, paprika, oil & vinegar and keep mixing.  

Mix in the water.  Enjoy!

Tip:  Spoon it over anything – eggs, fish, potatoes, chicken, vegetables, meat, or rice!  Keep in refrigerator.   When ready to serve, serve at room temperature.
