Bacon & Biscuit Breakfast Casserole


Tip:  Read directions completely before preparing.

Ingredients:
10 eggs
1/2 cup milk
16 oz refrigerated breakfast flaky biscuits, ( not cooked)

4 green onions
2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

1 lb center cut bacon

Directions:
Mix your eggs and milk in a large bowl.

Cut each raw biscuit in four and add to bowl.

Fry bacon, place on paper towel, set aside and let cool.

Chop scallions, and shred extra sharp cheddar cheese and add to bowl.

Crumble bacon and add to bowl.


Gently mix and pour into a 9” x 13” baking dish.  Bake at 350 for 35 – 40 minutes.  Enjoy!!!!

Homemade Biscuits


Tip: Read directions completely before preparing.

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Mix all dry the ingredients well with whisk.


Cut in butter until it resembles coarse bread crumbs.


Add milk and mix/knead until it forms a dough ball.


Place dough ball onto a heavily floured surface and let rest for a couple of minutes and then knead for about a minute.


Re-flour surface and using a rolling pin, roll out to about 1/2″ thick.


Cut biscuits with floured biscuit cutter and place on an ungreased baking pan. Form remaining dough into ball and repeat until all dough made into biscuits. Bake in 425 - 450 degree oven for 12 - 15 minutes. Enjoy!



Servings: 12 Biscuits

Tip: You can freeze these biscuits for later use by placing your cut biscuits onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper and place cookie sheet into freeze making sure to keep level. Once frozen remove frozen biscuits and place into a freezer bag, then place into freezer.

Grands Flaky Garlic Biscuits


Tip: Read directions ccompletely before preparing.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Garlic Bread Spice Blend (Click for Recipe)
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
1 Grands Original Flaky biscuits, 5 count package

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Place biscuits in a dish, brush biscuits completely with melted butter and sprinkle with Garlic Bread Spice Blend, as shown below.


Place dish in oven and bake for 23 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
